YOUR BUSINESS
EVOLVED.
DID YOUR
WEBSITE?
BrandSlope redesigns outdated, underperforming websites for businesses that have outgrown them. We rethink the strategy, structure, design, content, and user experience to build a website that better reflects where your business is now—and where it's headed next.
OUTGROWN.
WHEN IT'S TIME
YOU DON'T ALWAYS NEED
A NEW BUSINESS.
JUST A BETTER WEBSITE.
Most websites don't suddenly stop working. The business grows, the brand changes, expectations rise—and eventually the website that once did the job starts holding everything else back.
A redesign might make sense if...
IT DOESN'T LOOK
LIKE YOUR BUSINESS
ANYMORE.
Your brand, team, services, or reputation have evolved, but the website still represents an earlier version of the company.
IT FEELS
OUTDATED.
The layout, typography, imagery, or overall experience feels several years behind the quality of the business you're running today.
MOBILE FEELS
LIKE AN AFTERTHOUGHT.
Pages technically work on a phone, but navigation, spacing, readability, forms, or calls to action become frustrating on smaller screens.
VISITORS DON'T KNOW
WHAT TO DO NEXT.
The site has information, but the navigation, hierarchy, messaging, or calls to action don't create a clear path toward contacting, booking, buying, or converting.
YOUR SERVICES
HAVE CHANGED.
You've added services, entered new markets, changed your positioning, or shifted priorities—but the website was never reorganized around the business you operate now.
UPDATES HAVE BECOME
A HEADACHE.
Simple changes feel harder than they should, the site has accumulated workarounds, or nobody wants to touch it because changing one thing might break another.
YOU'RE SENDING PEOPLE
THERE WITH AN APOLOGY.
If you find yourself saying, “We're actually much better than our website makes us look,” the disconnect is already costing the brand credibility.
YOU KNOW YOU'VE
OUTGROWN IT.
Sometimes the clearest sign is the simplest one: the current website no longer feels like the level your business operates at.
YOU'RE NOT
STARTING FROM
ZERO.
A redesign isn't about throwing away everything you've built. It's about identifying what's still working, fixing what isn't, and rebuilding the experience around the business you've become.
LET'S LOOK AT YOUR WEBSITE ↗WHAT WE RETHINK
WE DON'T JUST
REDESIGN THE
SURFACE.
New colors and cleaner graphics won't fix a website with the wrong structure underneath. BrandSlope looks at the entire experience—what the site says, how it works, where people go, and what should happen next.
WHAT SHOULD THIS
WEBSITE SAY?
We clarify how the business should be presented now: what you do, who it's for, why it matters, and what makes the company worth choosing.
WHERE SHOULD
EVERYTHING GO?
We rethink pages, navigation, hierarchy, and content organization so visitors can understand the business and find what they need without working for it.
WHAT SHOULD PEOPLE
DO NEXT?
Every important page needs a purpose. We create clearer paths toward the actions that matter—whether that's contacting, booking, calling, purchasing, requesting a quote, or learning more.
DOES IT LOOK LIKE
THE BUSINESS YOU'VE BECOME?
Typography, color, imagery, spacing, movement, and layout are rebuilt around the level your brand operates at today—not the version of it that existed when the old website was launched.
IS THE MESSAGE
STILL ACCURATE?
Old copy often survives long after the business has changed. We identify what should stay, what needs refinement, and where new content is needed to make the site clearer and more persuasive.
DON'T REDESIGN
WITH BLINDERS ON.
Existing URLs, page structure, metadata, internal links, redirects, and search visibility deserve attention during a redesign. The new site should be built with both people and search engines in mind.
THE DIFFERENCE
SAME BUSINESS.
BETTER DIGITAL VERSION.
The goal isn't to make your old website prettier. It's to build the version that makes more sense for the business you're running now.
SEE THE DIFFERENCE ↗BEFORE / AFTER
DON'T TAKE OUR
WORD FOR IT.
LOOK AT THE WORK.
A redesign should create a visible difference—but the biggest improvements aren't always cosmetic. Better structure, clearer messaging, stronger calls to action, and a more intentional experience all live underneath the new look.
VIEW ALL WORK ↗GRAY FIGHTER GEAR
APPAREL & ECOMMERCE / STATEN ISLAND, NEW YORK
Gray Fighter Gear had an online store, but the experience wasn't building enough trust with visitors. Products were difficult to browse, navigation created unnecessary friction, and the storefront didn't reflect the quality or identity of the brand behind it.
BrandSlope rebuilt the shopping experience around clearer navigation, stronger product presentation, easier browsing, and a more credible visual system—creating an online store designed to make discovering and purchasing products feel simple and intentional.
STUDIO YOU YOGA
YOGA & WELLNESS / GREENWOOD, INDIANA
Studio You Yoga had outgrown a website that felt dated and tired. More importantly, the digital experience wasn't communicating the sense of community at the heart of the studio or giving visitors a clear, easy path to find and sign up for classes.
BrandSlope created a warmer, more inviting digital experience centered around the studio's people, classes, and community. Navigation and calls to action were simplified so new and returning visitors could explore the studio and move from interest to class registration with less friction.
OFFICER SURVIVAL SERIES
LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING / CONNECTICUT
Officer Survival Series had built a nationally recognized law enforcement training brand, but its website wasn't communicating that same level of credibility. The experience was difficult to navigate and made it harder for visitors to understand the organization, training, and opportunities available.
BrandSlope restructured the experience around clear navigation, stronger messaging, purposeful visual direction, and easier access to training information. The redesign gives the organization a digital presence that better reflects the professionalism and reach of the brand.
A REDESIGN SHOULD
FEEL LIKE PROGRESS.
Not different for the sake of being different. Better where it matters—clearer to navigate, easier to understand, stronger on mobile, more aligned with the brand, and more useful to the people you're trying to reach.

CHANGE WHAT
NEEDS CHANGING.
KEEP WHAT MATTERS.
A website redesign shouldn't mean blindly deleting years of useful content, search history, analytics, integrations, or brand equity. We start by understanding what already exists—then make deliberate decisions about what stays, what changes, and what gets left behind.
UNDERSTAND WHAT
WE'RE WORKING WITH.
Before redesigning anything, we look at the website that already exists—its pages, navigation, content, functionality, mobile experience, calls to action, integrations, and overall structure.
- Existing pages
- Site structure
- User experience
- Content
- Functionality
DON'T THROW AWAY
WHAT'S WORKING.
Good content, useful pages, existing integrations, valuable URLs, analytics history, and other working pieces deserve consideration. A redesign should improve the site without treating everything that came before it as disposable.
- Content worth keeping
- Important URLs
- Existing integrations
- Useful functionality
- Search considerations
BUILD THE STRUCTURE
AROUND TODAY'S BUSINESS.
We rethink the sitemap, navigation, messaging, hierarchy, conversion paths, and page strategy around what your business actually needs now—not what made sense when the original website was created.
- New sitemap
- Navigation
- Page hierarchy
- Messaging direction
- Conversion paths
GIVE THE BUSINESS
THE WEBSITE IT LOOKS LIKE NOW.
With the strategy established, the visual system is rebuilt around the current brand. Layout, typography, color, imagery, spacing, interaction, and responsive behavior come together as one cohesive experience.
- Visual direction
- Page layouts
- Mobile experience
- Calls to action
- Brand presentation
TURN THE NEW DIRECTION
INTO A REAL WEBSITE.
The approved direction becomes a working website. Pages are built, responsive behavior is refined, content is implemented, functionality is connected, and the new experience is tested across screen sizes.
- Responsive pages
- Forms + functionality
- Content implementation
- Integrations
- Technical QA
OUT WITH THE OLD.
IN WITH THE BETTER.
When the new site is ready, we prepare the transition. Depending on the project, that may include domain connection, redirects, forms, analytics, integrations, metadata, and final testing before the redesigned experience goes live.
- Launch checks
- Domain transition
- URL redirects
- Analytics
- Final QA
WE THINK ABOUT THE
HANDOFF, TOO.
Your website can change without automatically changing the address people already know.
Existing URLs and search considerations are reviewed when planning the structure of the replacement site.
Existing measurement and tracking should be considered as part of the transition rather than forgotten at launch.
Forms, booking tools, CRM connections, email systems, and other important workflows are identified early.
A BETTER TRANSITION
NEW WEBSITE.
NOT A MESSY RESET.
The exact migration plan depends on the website, platform, content, and technology involved. That's why we figure out what matters before we start moving it.
TALK ABOUT YOUR REDESIGN ↗WEBSITE REDESIGN FAQ
QUESTIONS BEFORE
YOU TEAR INTO
THE OLD SITE?
Replacing an existing website comes with different questions than building one from scratch. Domains, content, search visibility, platforms, integrations, analytics, and downtime all deserve consideration before anything changes.
ASK US SOMETHING ELSE ↗In most redesigns, yes. Your domain and your website are separate pieces, so replacing the website does not automatically mean replacing the domain people already know. We review how your domain is currently connected and plan the launch around the setup you're working with.
Typically, the goal is to keep the existing website available while the replacement is being prepared. The exact workflow depends on the platform and hosting setup, but the transition is planned so the new site can be prepared and tested before the final launch.
Search visibility should be considered before URLs, content, and page structure are changed. During a redesign, we review relevant existing pages and URLs, plan redirects where appropriate, and build the new structure with search fundamentals in mind. No agency can responsibly guarantee specific Google rankings, but SEO should never be an afterthought during a redesign.
Not necessarily. Good existing content can absolutely have a place on the redesigned website. We look at what's accurate, useful, and worth preserving, then identify where content should be reorganized, rewritten, expanded, simplified, or replaced.
No. Sometimes staying on the existing platform makes sense. Other times the business has outgrown it or a different setup better fits the project. Platform decisions should be based on what the website needs to do—not simply what was used before.
Absolutely. A website redesign does not automatically require a full rebrand. If your logo, colors, and overall identity are still working, we can build a stronger digital experience around them. If the brand itself is part of the problem, we can talk about that separately.
We identify important functionality before rebuilding the site. That can include contact forms, scheduling systems, CRM connections, email marketing tools, payment systems, member areas, analytics, and other third-party services. Compatibility and migration requirements depend on the tools involved.
It depends on the size and complexity of the existing website, how much content needs to change, required functionality, feedback cycles, and whether the site is staying on the same platform. Once we understand the project, we can establish a realistic scope and timeline before the redesign begins.
Existing Squarespace, WordPress, and other website setups can be evaluated for redesign. The best approach depends on how the current site is built, what needs to be preserved, and what the redesigned website needs to accomplish.
That's exactly what the initial review is for. Sometimes a business has a solid foundation that needs a better structure and design. Other times very little of the existing website still serves the business. We'll look at what you have before deciding how much actually needs to change.
